Fair Work

Provide stable employment. We continue to comply with Fair Work. Australia legislation and ensure all staff are paid according to classifications in the modern wage system

Supporting Communities

We hold food drives to support our local homeless hub. We also supply fresh fruit to our staff in our lunchroom.

Employees Well-being

Encourage well-being through having a management team trained in Mental Health First Aid. Provide free flu shots, drug and alcohol testing, and health reviews to relevant staff.

Quality Education & Training

Provide ongoing internal and external training and education to all staff. Continue to support staff reach higher education goals to enhance their skills.

Equality

Establish clear policies to ensure gender equality, supported by Sexual Harassment Policies, Diversity and Inclusion Policy, and Recruiting Policy.

Wastewater & Sanitation

Site bunded and use of a wastewater treatment plant to ensure we are not polluting our waterways. The company manufactures a range of chemicals used in water sanitation and purification.

Clean Energy

Use of solar panels, lighting, and energy-efficient equipment to contribute to affordable and clean energy. Other energy-saving measures are also in place.

Economic Growth

Strategic plan to ensure continual growth across the business, including providing meaningful work, managing WHS of staff, offering fair wages, and organizing social outlets and activities.

Industry & Infrastructure

Continual research into how we can update our infrastructure, products, and services to ensure we are growing in the industry.

Stronger Communities

Continue to support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights, by eliminating discrimination in respect of employment and education.

Continual Improvement

Staff involvement in our community as volunteers and offering two paid community leave days per year per employee.

Fair Work

Continual improvement in inventory control to reduce RM consumption and put into place operational measures to reduce the carbon footprint of the organisation, including 300+ solar panels.

Waterways

A recent purchase of a drum washer allows the company to reuse drums by thoroughly cleaning the inside and outside of containers. The drum washer also catches all its own wastewater.

Climate Action

Aim to reduce landfill disposal by 5% each year whilst still increasing production. The recycling scheme has been operational across the site for various inputs.

Strong Institutions

Continue to create a peaceful and inclusive environment supported by established policies, including the Modern Slavery Document and Human Trafficking Statement, Diversity and Inclusion Policy, and Indigenous Policy.
