Our blending reactors are specialised vessels designed to mix raw materials under controlled conditions, often involving chemical reactions. These reactors are vital for industries requiring precise formulations with controlled temperature, pressure, and mixing speed, making them ideal for polymer reactions.

• Wide range of blending tanks ranging in size from 400L to 20,000L, with varying heating/cooling and mixing capabilities.
• Multiple reaction vessels are also available for temperature and pressure controlled reactions, ranging from 1500L to 10,000L and temperatures from 50-250 degrees Celsius.
• External extensions like high-speed dispersion pumps, homogenisers and portable pre-mix tanks.
• Large filling capacity with both single shot, 2 head (pneumatic) and 4 head (PLC) filling lines catering from small packs of 200ml up to 5L.
• Two automatic labelling lines catering for both square and round bottles, from 30ml up to 25L.
• Highly equipped laboratory for basic QC testing, as well as complex chemistry analysis for finished goods quality control. Secondary analytical laboratory that includes HPLC and GC analysis.

• The Thera Cell is a TGA approved manufacturing area. It contains 3x 3000L tanks, one which is heated, 1x 6000L tank, 2x 10,000L tanks, and several smaller tanks from 100-600L. Also available is a specialised cream plant – with 2x1200L tanks for heating and cooling.
